This is a one-on-one, 30 minute, online session during which we explore your options in managing your current health problem, chronic condition or new diagnosis, with scientifically proven lifestyle changes.

Improve your Gut Health! Live with less stomach cramps, food related gas & bloat and feel energised.

Service Description

This is a 4 week bite-size, coaching programme for gut health.
Firstly, you will be doing a 75 minute assessment of your overall current situation, answering questions, looking at triggers for you discomfort and setting a specific belly or gut, related goal. Keeping a food & symptom diary, from the week BEFORE we start, help greatly in finding your personal solutions and tracking your improvent the upcoming weeks.

Session 1 is followed by another 3 , weekly sessions of 40 minutes each, addressing your belly focused goal, assessing your symptoms, possible lifestyle links and establishing your weekly action plan.

Session 4's 40 minutes, will be followed directly with 20 minutes of recapping your actions and a summary of your sustainable gut plan.

Your Essential 10 week Health Reset programme

Service Description

Renew your hope for your life through better sleep and more energy.

Reign in food cravings, shrink your waistline, move lighter, easier & lose weight with this essential investment in yourself.

This programme runs over 10 weeks with weekly 40 - 75 minute sessions.

We kick off in Session 1, with an in-depth Lifestyle & Health Profile review, explore your current health problem areas and your better health goals. This is done in a 75 minute session.
Over the following 7 weeks, personalised solutions for optimal sleep, practical nutrition, movement, work-life balance, stress, mindfulness, brain health & improved focus, will be explored.

Ongoing evaluation of your goals and performance will be done, with weekly feedback and support.

Session 5 takes us back to Day 1, reviewing your health improvements & refocusing on your goals, with an additional 20 minutes added to the standard session, thus lasting 60 minutes.

Our last session, in week 8, will also be 60 minutes in duration and end with a plan going forward as well as a 40 minute follow-up 2 weeks later.

Although the programme is designed to provide a measure of relevant and exicting lifestyle education, the success is reliant on each participant's mindset, their willingness to explore new ways of doing routine actions like sleep, eat and breathe, to be coachable, accountable and motivated.

Service Description

This immersive 12week programme, focus strongly on accountability and practical mindfulness applications with 5, bi-weekly 60 minute sessions.

Specifically, designed to master your chronic stress and improve your relationship with food, this will promote restorative sleep, improve resilience, restore gut health, reduce food anxiety, and greatly improve over all quality of life.

A 2-4 week follow-up session, will evaluate progress and suggest next steps, if indicated.

Virtual sessions are completed by alternate weekly e-mail support and 2 laser coaching sessions, of 10 minutes, each during the programme, in case of urgent support required.
